Terms and Conditions

1. One order per child

Each order placed on the Éditions Vaudreuil School Supply Service transactional site must correspond to a single child. It is not permitted to group several children in a single order. This rule ensures that each order is processed accurately and efficiently.

2. Cancellations and refunds

An order may be cancelled before it has been prepared or shipped. For a simple cancellation, a $25 cancellation fee is retained and the balance is refunded to the original payment method. Alternatively, if you place a corrected order, the full amount paid is kept as store credit on your account — no fee — and applied automatically to your new order. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, the sale is final: no refund or exchange, except for damaged or missing items, which we replace.

3. Return and exchange policy

No exchange or refund will be granted unless the item received is damaged. In such a case, you must contact our customer service department within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange an exchange or refund. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage to facilitate the claims process.

4. No in-store pickup of online orders

All online orders are delivered; we no longer offer pickup of online orders. You are welcome to shop in person at our store, Hamster + Éditions Vaudreuil (480 Boulevard Harwood), during opening hours, but an order placed online cannot be picked up in store.

5. Protection of personal information

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All data collected on our site is treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law. We use appropriate security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.

6. Terms of payment

Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit cards listed on our website. All transactions are secure and encrypted to ensure the protection of your financial information.

7. Delivery and shipping costs

Shipping is $14.95 and free on orders of $100 or more. School and warehouse pick-up charges are $8.99. Specific details regarding shipping costs and delivery times will be indicated when your order is finalized.

8. Liability

Éditions Vaudreuil is not responsible for delivery delays or service problems resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, the availability of products from suppliers.

9. Modification of terms and conditions

Éditions Vaudreuil reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective as soon as they are published on our site. It is your responsibility to consult this page regularly to ensure that you are aware of the current terms and conditions.
