The Éditions Vaudreuil School Supply Service has been given a makeover. The system has been modernized to offer you a better online experience and facilitate operations. We've also changed our visual identity, but we've kept the same team dedicated to making your child's back-to-school a success!

My Account
No. Accounts were deleted at the end of the previous school term for security and management reasons. You will need to create a new account.
However, note that your order history will be preserved thanks to the new system. You'll be able to log in with the same username for all future years.
No. We recommend that you create a single account for all your orders. This makes it easier to manage your orders. However, you must create a separate order for each child.
Use the "Forgot password" function on our site or contact our customer service department at 450-319-6100 for assistance.
In the event of incomplete delivery, we can send the missing items directly to your home address at no extra charge.
Placing an order
- Find your child's school using the "Find a school" menu.
- Then select your child's level.
- Add the desired items to your basket. The lists contain the items and quantities requested and approved by the school. Simply click on the "Add to cart" button to add the item.
- You can personalize your list by adding other products from the store, under the "All products" menu (such as backpacks or lunch boxes).
- Then click on the basket in the right-hand corner of the screen to review the order and proceed to checkout.
Please note: we strongly recommend that you place one order per child, to facilitate order management and item allocation.
No. The only way to place an order is via our website. Orders by phone, mail or fax are no longer accepted due to high traffic.
All lists are available via the "Find a school list" menu. If the list does not appear on the site, contact our customer service department at 450-319-6100 to receive one by e-mail or fax.
Please note that most lists are also available on the websites of participating schools, and schools can also provide you with additional lists.
We accept orders up to one week before the scheduled school pick-up date. After this date, we cannot guarantee that your order will be ready on time.
For home delivery, order up to 15 days before the start of the school year. After this date, delivery in time for back-to-school is not guaranteed.
Please note that our transactional site closes 10 days before the start of the school year. Orders placed after this deadline are not guaranteed for the new school year.
Yes, we strongly suggest that you enter the student's name to facilitate tracking of orders and possible group deliveries to the school.
School items and lists
Our school lists are designed in partnership with participating schools and approved before going online, ensuring that they meet students' needs.
No. You can order only the items you need. No minimum purchase is required. But please note that some items, such as personalized Ecolo notebooks, are mandatory.
Yes, use the "All Products" tab on our site to add additional items.
If the color is specified by the teacher, it cannot be changed. If it is not specified, you can indicate your preferences in the "comments" section of your order. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee color availability.
Modifying an order
Yes, by contacting our customer service department. No changes will be accepted in the week prior to school pick-up.
Payment
The only payment accepted is by credit card when ordering online.
Pick Up
Send someone you trust to collect your parcel. You can also contact our customer service department to change the delivery method. Charges will apply for home delivery.
Contact customer service at 450-319-6100 to find out the location of your order. Some participating schools agree to keep packages that have not been picked up on site. You can contact the school to pick up your order. Otherwise, orders will be returned to our warehouse and you will need to pick up your package.
A representative will contact you to confirm that your order is ready. You can then collect it at your convenience.

Yes, you can change the delivery address by contacting our customer service department as soon as possible.
